Vita
One of the most vibrant, new urban living areas opened at Ruskin Square in Summer 2016. Comprising 161 apartments, Vita is the first residential building at the scheme and provides a mix of one and two bedroom units with their own shared courtyard, garden and roof-top amenity space.
Places for People were appointed to build and manage the construction of Vita. It was designed by leading, London-based architects AHMM. Ruskin Square will provide up to 625 residential units.

Daniel Feld and Emily PettetVita’s first residentsWe’re new residents of Vita as well as Croydon. We were considering Clapham too, but when we saw the designs for Vita we knew it would be right for us. We liked the layout of the apartment and the easy access to the train station. We were also attracted to the communal facilities, particularly the roof garden with its amazing views, as there aren’t many other developments that offer this.

It’s an exciting time to be moving to Croydon with all of the regeneration that’s taking place, including Box Park which we can’t wait to open. We’re confident that our purchase will be a very safe investment and are looking forward to settling into our new home.
